This refined dinner, crafted by Gilles-Alain Zambou in the kitchen and Nicolas Pelletier on pastry, under the direction of Mathieu Viannay, Michelin-starred chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, will be a moment of conviviality for all key industry figures to officially launch the second edition of Paris Creator Week.
